We strive to only bring in quality fish. If any given fish does not appear as on our site, nor returns to this state after recovering from stress, we may refund or exchange this fish for you.

This is possible providing that the water parameters and environment are deemed adequate. As with all live goods, Louhan too are susceptible to stress and subsequent illness or loss of quality, however, we pride ourselves on bringing in quality fish and maintaining happy, long term customers.
